Job Summary

As an Administrative Associate, you will provide essential support to the cooperation projects within the AMEXCID-PNUD programme. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, preparing financial and monitoring reports, managing project procurement processes, and coordinating banking activities. This role is integral to the smooth and effective implementation of key international development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for area cooperation projects.
  • Prepare financial and follow-up reports as required.
  • Manage the bidding and procurement processes for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate the banking and financial management of projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: A high school certificate with 6 years of relevant experience in administration/coordination of projects; OR a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Eligibility: Must be a Mexican citizen or a foreigner with a valid work permit for Mexico.
